There are a few days in the month that I may leave the office. If you need me here, call or text, before traveling any distance. You are welcome to drive through the lot anytime to look at the display buildings. I will be available at almost any odd hours, to fit your schedule. Just let me know ahead of time.

Currently, we can have it delivered and installed, approximately 2 to 4 weeks after we have a signed contract and the deposit, unless you need more time to prepare the site.

There are 3 options on Carports and Buildings.
1. You can pick it up and install one yourself.
2. We deliver it and you install it.
3. We will deliver and install it

We have clear span from 12' to 100' wide Carports to Commercial buildings with many combinations.
You can fully customize the size of your building to best meet your needs. Here’s what you need to know about our sizing options for clear span metal buildings:

Length-- There is no limit on the length we can produce! You can create a structure as long as you need.
Height-- Our clear span buildings can range up to 25 feet tall.
Width--- The widest we can go is 100 feet Clear Span, but we can add onto the sides to make it wider.
It is safe to say that even with a unit that big, it is still engineer certified for us.

There are 17 basic colors, including black, white and Galvalume. You can use any combination of color for the roof, sides, ends, trim, Wainscot and ridge cap at no extra cost. There is a choice of Horizontal or Vertical metal, roof, walls or ends.

The basic 18'X21'x6' Carport is big enough to park two vehicles. The side walls on this unit are about 7' with a brace across the corner and about 9 1/2' up to the peak, (Call Joe for current price). All buildings require a 15% deposit), with the balance to be paid after you are satisfied with the building installed and finished. Final payment can be cash, check, money order or credit card.
The deposit will lock in the price to protect you from any increases. You can make any changes to the order until it is loaded for delivery, which you can have them hold until you have the site ready for installation.
We do have multiple entities available, that offer financing.

The red roof unit is 5' from the bottom of the metal to the ground, 18' wide x 21' long, with the standard roof. Newer ones come standard 6', from the bottom of the side brace to the ground. This one is 24 years old.

The tall one is 18' x 31' x 12',with the A frame vertical roof, making it excellent for an RV or truck, that is over 13' high.
I have pictures, lower on this page, that show the ground concrete supports that can be used when installing a tall building on any surface other than concrete. The supports rise out of the concrete hole and jog over, to line up and bolt to the vertical leg of the building, keeping flush with the wall. It also has the Gable end, on one end of the carport.

The Blue one is 24' wide x 26' long x9' with 2, 9'x8' roll up doors, 36"x80" walk in door and 30"x30" window.
All use ground anchors with a 100 MPH wind guarantee.
